Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites San Antonio - Rivercenter Area, An Ihg Hotel, San Antonio

My stay at the hotel was overall lovely. The room, though a bit small, was very clean and had a comfortable bed, which made for a pleasant stay. The service was exceptional, with the staff always willing to cater to my needs. The location, while not the best, was convenient for accessing downtown with the shuttle service, and being close to the Alamodome was a plus. The dining experience was excellent, offering something for everyone. However, the surrounding area didn't look very appealing, but being near the Riverwalk was a bonus.

The amenities were excellent, making my last-minute booking a great choice. The service was impeccable, with cheerful and helpful staff throughout my stay. The location, although not in the most desirable part of San Antonio, was within walking distance of Downtown and offered quick access to the highway. The dining experience was satisfying with a variety of delicious options for breakfast. Overall, a good value for money with outstanding service and management.
